the self check-in and out system worked very well and was straightforward.
The shower pressure was inadequate. I expect a forceful spray. furthermore, the provided towels felt thin and worn. replacing these should be a priority. The current quality is unacceptable.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

helpful staffclean roomcomfortable bedquiet location
The room had all needed amenities. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was well decorated. The stay was quiet. I liked the closeness to the train station (it's a huge plus!). The staff was accommodating and offered help. The self check-in and out system was easy. I found it really convenient. The center was under 10 minutes away. It made the location ideal for exploring. The double room with a private en suite was lovely. The bed was super comfy. The pillows were soft (just how I like them). The room was fresh and clean. The window faced the garden. It was quiet, not facing the main road. I have been there a few times. I know the facilities very well. The bathroom and toilet were within easy access of my bedroom. A mini fridge was helpful. There was an iron and board if needed.
I experienced a slight issue with the shower. The shower handle was faulty and kept falling off.
